Marguerite Higgons

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2016, Marguerite Higgons acts in a broad range of areas involving intellectual property (trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs), unfair competition, new technologies, digital law and GDPR (personal data).


She provides legal advice and carries out litigations for SMEs, listed companies, startups or private individuals of various sectors, for the development, use and protection of their intellectual property rights.


Marguerite is fluent in English and Spanish. She works daily with foreign clients in the context of international advisory and litigation matters.


Additionally, Marguerite has previously worked for the judges specialized in intellectual property in Paris, for various intellectual property and new technology law firms, as well as for the digital law department of a major French audiovisual group.


Marguerite has a trilingual and dual qualification in Law and Business Schools.


Marguerite is a member of APRAM.
