STÉPHANE GUERLAIN

Honorary lawyer since December 2025 and recognized as a leading French lawyer in intellectual property, Stéphane Guerlain has proven expertise in litigation involving trademarks, designs, copyright, patents and unfair competition.

 

Stéphane Guerlain teaches competition law at the Centre for International intellectual property in (CEIPI) and regularly leads conferences on industrial property.

 

    • Specialization in intellectual property accredited by the French National Bar Association (CNB)
    • Post-graduate degree (DEA) in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property from the University of Paris II
    • Graduate of the Paris Institute of Criminology
