STÉPHANE GUERLAIN

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 1987 and recognized as a leading French lawyer in intellectual property, Stéphane Guerlain has proven expertise in litigation involving trademarks, designs, copyright, patents and unfair competition, and also provides strategic advice in these areas.

 

Fluent in English, Stéphane Guerlain assists both French and international clients.

 

Stéphane Guerlain teaches competition law at the Centre for International intellectual property in (CEIPI) and regularly leads conferences on industrial property.

 

    • Specialization in intellectual property accredited by the French National Bar Association (CNB)
    • Post-graduate degree (DEA) in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property from the University of Paris II
    • Graduate of the Paris Institute of Criminology
