Armengaud Guerlain has intervened in trademark infringement litigation in defense of the interests of a well-known company which markets energy drinks throughout the world.

The group lodged a complaint with the public prosecutor because of the counterfeiting of its brand by a competitor on more than 30,000 items.

In defense, this company argued for a non-use cancellation for the French part of the figurative international marks.

Thanks to its knowledge of the subject but also the procedural rules, Armengaud Guerlain has obtained from the court the dismissal of the claimant’s action for lack of admissibility to act.
