Armengaud Guerlain defended a leading clothing company in an infringement of designs case.

Despite the large number of examples of prior art produced by the opposing party, its client’s model was validated by the Court of Appeal.

The Court also convicted the other party for copyright and design rights infringement, ordered the publication of the decision, the recall of infringing products from the commercial channels, and the surrender and confiscation of the said product.
